Castle Leslie Estate named ‘Best Boutique Hotel in Ireland’, has achieved the ‘Gold Award 2023’ from Green Hospitality AND for the second year in a row, is a ‘Great Place to Work’!
Castle Leslie Estate is delighted to win (for the second year in a row) the coveted 2023 World Travel Award for Ireland’s Best Boutique Hotel. These awards are the highest honor in global tourism. The announcement was made by the World Travel Awards at an event held in Batumi Georgia on Friday 29 of September 2023.

Now in its 30th year, the World Travel Awards were established in 1993 to "acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all key sectors of the travel, tourism and hospitality industries".
More good news was announced by the illustrious Monaghan estate this week as they achieved the ‘Gold Award’ from Green Hospitality by implementing an Environmental Action Plan focusing on Energy, Waste & Water Management. This is based on the Global Sustainable Tourism Council and EU Ecolabel Criteria and supporting the Sustainable Development Goals.
And finally, for the hat trick, Castle Leslie Estate has been awarded a ‘Great Place To Work’ again for 2023/24.
The accreditation process is based on direct feedback the team that work at Castle Leslie Estate, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience.
