Join Ian for a carefully chosen 6 course tasting menu and some specially selected wines to match. Ian will be giving tips on how each course is prepared from selecting the finest of local ingrediants, (pairing wines to match) and how best to cook each dish. Join us for an informative and simply delicious evening.
Package includes overnight stay and full breakfast the following morning. If you wish to add matching paired wines it is an additional £40pp.

Total amount payable at Check-out. Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, we kindly ask that you inform us with as much notice as possible. Ardtara has a strict policy of 72 hours’ notice. In the event of Ardtara not being notified of a cancellation the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card. 

Enjoy an overnight stay with a 3 course a la carte dinner followed by an evening of music and dancing. Please note that diners may be sat at communal tables of 6 or 8. ‘Second Chance’ will be playing a selection of classic hits from the golden era of music of the 50s and 60s – bring your dancing shoes, and get ready for a foot-stomping, hand clapping, rocking good night.

Enjoy a six course tasting menu with optional paired wines; a wonderful dining experience and a delight for foodies and wine lovers. Complete your experience by staying overnight in one of our beautifully restored en-suite bedrooms and have a choice of freshly cooked breakfast the following morning. Join chef/patron Ian Orr for an evening of great food as he showcases some delicious and easy recipes for the air fryer. The demo starts at 7 pm, followed by a 5-course dinner. and afterward stay the night in one of our beautiful rooms (Double or Twin beds available) all rooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms and most have original working fireplaces. A choice of freshly cooked Breakfasts the following morning is included in the package.
