Ireland’s Blue Book Gift Voucher- Terms & Conditions:

·                     The Voucher will be available for use immediately after date/ time of purchase.

·                     Voucher holders can use the Voucher to pay at participating Ireland’s Blue Book properties only. The list of properties may change from time to time. A list of currently Participating Properties is available on our Website.

·                     Ireland’s Blue Book Vouchers may be purchased in three ways: (a) by post, (b) by email or (c) in person collection from our office in Dublin 2.

·                     If ordering a Voucher for collection from our offices, the purchase must be completed over the phone in advance of you arriving to the office. We do not operate a public office.

·                     There is a €7.00 charge on all Vouchers ordered for post. This charge is for postage and packaging.

·                     There is no cash in lieu of Voucher.

·                     Please take all reasonable care and precaution in the custody of the Voucher and keep your Voucher safe.

·                     You may use the Voucher, in accordance with any instructions issued by us from time to time, until the Voucher balance reaches zero, at which time this Agreement will automatically terminate and your right to use the voucher will cease.

·                     Gift Vouchers may not be split into smaller voucher denominations.

·                     Gift Vouchers may not be used to purchase a new Gift Voucher or to be used in part payment towards the purchase of a new Voucher.

·                     In the case of a refund being required, we can only refund the original Voucher purchaser and the original Credit/ Debit card used to make purchase.

·                     Dedications/ Names printed on Gift Vouchers cannot be amended or changed once they have been received by the customer.

·                     Reservations may be made directly with a Participating Property or online, through our website.

•          Refunds may be granted on the purchase of your Ireland’s Blue Book Gift Voucher once requested within 160 days of purchase date. Your voucher will then be automatically cancelled. Please allow approx. 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account. 

·                     Ireland’s Blue Book has no access to amend/ cancel or modify any reservations. This must be dealt with through the Participating Property directly.

·                     Ireland’s Blue Book Gift Vouchers are available in EUR (€) only. If your Voucher is being used in a property which uses GBP (£), then your stay will be charged at that day’s current exchange rate.

·                     All Participating Properties will accept expired Vouchers.

·                     Never disclose your Voucher number to anyone, except Ireland’s Blue Book staff and/ or Participating Properties.

·                     If the amount of a stay/ meal within an Ireland’s Blue Book Property is greater than the available balance on your Voucher, you can pay the difference by any other payment method accepted by the Participating Property.

·                     If a Voucher is partly used, the Participating Property will tell you of the remaining balance after usage. They can write this on the voucher if you so wish.

·                     We collect and process personal data (such as name, address and e-mail address) when you purchase your Ireland’s Blue Book Gift Voucher. We use this data to deliver the Voucher(s) to you or the person you have requested us to send the Voucher to. We may also collect such personal data when you contact us for us to assist with a query about the Voucher you hold or to process a Voucher redemption query or Lost Voucher Request.
