25mls of Ballymaloe Gin
25mils of Sloe Gin (Plymouth from UK or Berthas Revenge Gin)
1 x 15mls of Soda Water
1x 15mls of Lemon Juice
1x15mls of Sugar Syrup
1x Egg White
Method
Add your, Sloe Gin, Ballymaloe Gin, Soda water, Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup and Egg White into a cocktail shaker without ice
Dry Shake (Shake without ice)
Add Ice and please shake again
Strain into a chilled coupe glass. There should be a nice foam form on top.
Garnish with Rose Petals or a Lemon Twist

10ml Rose Water
10ml Lime Juice
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice & shake well.
Pour into a Martini Glass

Method
Add Ice to a Rocks Glass. Add all the ingredients and stir with a spoon.

Method
Shaken with ice Fine strain to Martini Glass
Garnish with a Chocolate Heart, Chocolate Powder and Half a Strawberry

1 ½ measures of Mór Gin
1 tsp honey
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with 3 cubes of ice, shake well.
Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.
Crème Brulee Coffee, Dunbrody House
Shot of freshly brewed single origin Nespresso
1 measure Goslings dark rum
½ measure caramel liqueur
Lightly whipped cream
Method
Pour the rum and caramel liqueur into a wine glass and add the freshly brewed coffee, gently stir.
Top with the cream and garnish with chocolate shavings.
