Let the exceptionally festive ambiance of Hayfield Manor surround you as you are welcomed with a seasonally themed Afternoon Tea service.  Spend a leisurely afternoon discovering the delightful amenities of your Christmas retreat or perhaps take the opportunity to do a little last minute gift wrapping & place them underneath the Christmas tree in your luxury bedroom.  As the Eve approaches, soak up the cheerful atmosphere while sipping mulled wine & being serenaded with heart warming Christmas carols by our local choir.  Your evening celebrations continue with a four course festive meal followed by warming mulled wine & mince pies in front of an open fire. 

Christmas Day begins with Hayfield Manor’s famous full Irish breakfast. Christmas Day celebrations commence with a champagne toast which precedes our Traditional Christmas Lunch. As the day advances, excitement grows as we await the appearance of Santa Claus, who surprises our enthralled junior guests with a carefully selected gift for each. The evening culminates with a light buffet supper, where after you can relax by the fire to enjoy the enchanting tones of classical piano, or retire to the peace of your room for the final hours of Christmas night.

St Stephen's Day begins with a leisurely Irish breakfast. Thereafter opt to visit The Beautique Spa for some rejuvenating therapies or perhaps take the to the city's streets to enjoy the bustle of the sale seasons first day.  In the evening, our musical entertainment will add a lively note to our St Stephen's night dinner.

Please note a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for our Christmas package. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date. The booking is then non refundable in the event of cancellation.

The highlight of this package is attendance of Hayfield Manor’s New Year's Eve Celebration, which is an exclusive event for a limited number of ticket holders to enjoy the best of dining and music in the exceptional surrounds of Hayfield Manor. Celebrations commence with early evening high-spirit entertainment in the Lobby Lounge, followed by your exquisite 5 course gourmet meal experience, launched with a joy-filled bubbly toast. Following dinner, join the party or find a cosy corner to observe as festivities continue to rise throughout the evening and into New Year with live musical entertainment from Hayfield Manor’s resident New Year’s Eve jazz & swing band, The Roaring Forties, who are guaranteed to make those final hours of 2024 most memorable. All revellers will join for a celebratory glass & salute at midnight, providing a super social and sparkling start to the New Year. Wake each morning to Hayfield Manor's famous Full Irish Breakfast and throughout your stay enjoy access to The Beautique Spa including the full range of Elemis Spa Therapy treatments with access to our indoor pool, steam room, outdoor Jacuzzi and gym.
