An evening cruise on Upper Lough Erne whilst learning about champagne, will be one of the highlights of the weekend.
During the three days guests will guided by Jane through a broad spectrum of wines tasting different styles of sparkling wines including Champagne and Prosecco, red and white wines from Old World and New showing various styles offered by different varietals and rose styles coming into the spring and summer – from light and dry to richer, deeper examples from the New World. The lunches and dinners will be themed including Italian, French and a Taste of the Orient and will be held in Belle Isle Castle’s magnificent dining –room. All this interspersed with guided walks around the beautiful island of Belle Isle and great company. What better way to relax and enjoy yourself.
